1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan163 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the juan163 online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content available at juan163.net.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise using any service offered by juan163, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of juan163, including registered players, visitors browsing without an account, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not explicitly prohibited.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to juan163 and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of juan163 or any of its affiliated entities.

Age Verification

juan163 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request documentary evidence of your age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers a verification review. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID, or PRC ID).

If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any winnings will be forfeited. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source after applicable fees are deducted.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on juan163. This limitation applies per individual person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number, which is used for account authentication and communications.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. juan163 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify juan163 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your juan163 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juan163 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-friendly payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfers, InstaPay / PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). juan163 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet channels are typically credited to your juan163 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are generally processed within one banking day. juan163 reserves the right to delay the crediting of any deposit pending completion of verification procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request can be processed. juan163 reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

juan163 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Players must not use juan163 as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may be flagged for review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

juan163 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern their eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are only available to eligible players with verified accounts who meet the age requirement of 21 years and above.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim new-player bonuses multiple times through the use of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
• juan163 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of juan163 management is final, subject to applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on juan163 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms that are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness. juan163 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players are expected to participate in games in good faith. juan163 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, collusion, use of prohibited software or tools, or any other form of unfair play. In such cases, winnings associated with the voided bets will be forfeited.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on juan163 has specified minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type and may be adjusted at the discretion of juan163 management. Players must adhere to these limits at all times.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game interruption, juan163 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to the state prior to the affected round, to the extent technically feasible. Bets placed during a demonstrable system error are not valid, and any associated winnings will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juan163 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying technology of the juan163 platform.
• Using juan163 for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, support staff, or any representative of juan163.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account, its credentials, or any balance associated with it.

8. Responsible Gaming

juan163 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. We recognize that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment, carries the risk of developing into a harmful habit for some individuals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the juan163 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written authorization from juan163.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the juan163 name, logo, or branding in any context not expressly authorized by juan163.
• Frame or mirror any part of the juan163 platform on any other website or service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan163 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or interruption of service.

juan163's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan163 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability for which juan163 shall not be liable.

11. Privacy and Data

juan163 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the juan163 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is processed for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. juan163 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

juan163 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Death of the account holder, upon receipt of appropriate documentation from the estate.

Upon termination of your account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game rules where technically feasible. Any remaining balance of funds legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, following completion of any required verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting juan163 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of juan163, you should first contact juan163 customer support, providing full details of the matter in question. juan163 will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the contact address specified in Section 16 of these Terms. juan163 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and will provide a substantive response within thirty (30) business days of acknowledgment.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through juan163's internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint handling procedures for regulated online gaming operators.

Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRC), conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 13, subject to any overriding mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

juan163 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, juan163 will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where feasible, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of the juan163 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
